How do I place an order?
Add what you want to the cart, open the cart and send the order to us on WhatsApp. The message arrives with your items, sizes and quantities already written out. We reply to confirm stock, delivery and the final total.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no card form on this site. Your cart lives in your own browser until you send it to us.
Can I change an order after sending it?
Yes, until we dispatch it. Reply in the same WhatsApp thread and we will adjust it.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
We do, including gift boxes for events and Eid. Message us with the quantity and the date you need them by.
Delivery & Payment
Where do you deliver?
Across Pakistan. Delivery charges depend on the city and the weight of the order, so we confirm them with you before dispatch rather than guessing here.
How long does it take?
We pack the day an order is confirmed. Transit time after that depends on your city — we tell you the expected window in the chat when we confirm.
How do I pay?
We agree the method with you in the chat when the order is confirmed. Nothing is charged on this website.
The Products
Is everything from Ghizer?
The apricots, walnuts, almonds and mulberries are. Cashews and pistachios do not grow at that altitude, so we source those elsewhere in Pakistan and say so rather than stretching the label.
Is anything added to the dry fruits?
No preservatives, no sulphur and no colouring. The apricots are unsulphured, which is why they are brown rather than bright orange.
Is the honey raw?
Yes. It is cold-extracted and never heated, so it may crystallise in winter. That is honey behaving normally, not honey going off — stand the jar in warm water and it loosens.
How should I store it?
Sealed, cool and out of direct sun. Nuts and dried fruit keep longest in an airtight jar; the fridge is fine and extends them further in summer.
Is the shilajit tested?
Every batch is lab-tested for heavy metals before it is sold, and it ships as resin rather than powder.
